Professional Background
As an HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist and member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT), the Irish Association of Creative Arts Therapists (IACAT), and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I bring extensive experience, with 15 years working in community, educational, and therapeutic settings. My work is grounded in a strengths-based approach, recognising each person's inherent capacity for healing and growth.
